BIOGRAPHY

Tirtha Chatterjee is a Research Scientist at DuPont Water Solutions, specializing in membrane-based technologies for Direct Lithium Extraction. Over the past five years, he has focused on advancing purification and concentration solutions for complex lithium brines, with multiple patents and publications in the field.

Tirtha led the development of DuPont's FilmTec™ LiNE-XD nanofiltration elements and expanded the application of low-salt-rejection reverse osmosis in DLE to achieve ultra-high brine concentrations. His work drives innovations in high-efficiency separation technologies for the growing global lithium supply chain.
