Sanaz Mosadeghsedghi is a Research Scientist at CanmetMINING, part of Natural Resources Canada. She has over 15 years of experience across academia, industry, and government, specialising in separation processes and water management for the mining sector.

Sanaz leads projects focused on mine water treatment, recycling, and value recovery from wastewater. She has worked on systems from lab to demonstration scale and collaborates with industry and federal labs to develop practical, research-driven solutions that support more sustainable mining practices
