BIOGRAPHY

Rory Coventry is the General Manager of Engineering at Geo40 Limited, with over 15 years of chemical and process engineering experience. His work spans the design, deployment, and operation of multiple pilot plants extracting lithium from geothermal fluids, produced waters, and aquifer brines.

Rory leads the scale-up of Geo40's direct lithium extraction technology across international markets and is currently overseeing the commissioning of a new 300 tpa LCE demonstration plant, designed to validate the company's core process technology at pre-commercial scale.
