Ron Lincz is the Chief Operating Officer at Avonlea, bringing over 35 years of experience in water treatment and industrial waste management across the oilfield and other industries. He previously served as the President of Newpark Environmental Services, managing over 260 employees, and spent eight years overseas leading industrial waste management facility developments in Azerbaijan, Iraq, and Brazil.

Ron co-founded Avonlea Environmental Technologies Corp., initiating the development and commercial application of critical mineral extraction and advanced fluid treatment processes. His work drives innovations in resource recovery and environmental management.
