Katharina Loeckinger is the Senior Vice President at DGWA, Germany’s leading advisory and investment firm specialising in mining and resource sectors. Based in Dubai, she helps shape funding strategies for energy transition and critical mineral projects.

Katharina has over a decade of experience in capital markets and lithium exploration, combining operational know-how with investment insight. She actively contributes to EU-level working groups on critical minerals, including the European Raw Materials Alliance, and plays a key role in advancing Europe’s access to essential raw materials.
