Caroline Mussbacher is a Director at E3 Lithium, where she leads the development and demonstration of the company’s proprietary direct lithium extraction technology. With 20 years of experience in ion exchange and industrial water treatment, she has worked extensively in Alberta’s oilsands and unconventional resource sectors.

Caroline has designed, commissioned, and operated both pilot and commercial-scale water treatment systems. Her expertise supports E3 Lithium’s mission to scale clean lithium production through innovative engineering and advanced chemical processing systems.
